Verify your EngageCRM has been activated

To verify all the features of your EnagageCRM have been activated simply:

1. log in to your Command Center at command.swsecure.com

2. look in the top left corner of the screen.  You will see the SuccessWebsite logo.  To the right will be the first dropdown menu:

  • Your EngageCRM is fully active if your first dropdown menu item is called EngageCRM and your background its golden color
  • You DO NOT have EngageCRM activated if your first dropdown menu item is MyLeads and your background is a blue color

Please allow up to 1 business day for your upgrade request to be processed.

You can submit your upgrade request by goint to EngageCE.com
